Vantage Cleaning Services —Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Vantage Cleaning Services LLC (“Vantage,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling service, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Vantage delivers professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Carpet cleaning

Tile & grout cleaning
-
Upholstery cleaning
-
High dusting
-
Floor stripping & refinishing
-
Power washing
-
Flood cleanup and water extraction
-
General janitorial services
Service details, pricing, and scope will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.
2. Scheduling & Access

Client must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas being cleaned.

For residential and commercial properties, all pets, employees, customers, and hazards must be controlled or removed from the work area.

If Vantage cannot access the property or work area, a trip fee may be applied.
3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on information provided by the Client and may be adjusted on-site if conditions differ from what was described.

Prices are subject to change if additional labor, time, or materials are required.

Commercial accounts may require written approval or a work order before service begins.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept ACH, check, cash, and major credit cards (where applicable).

Late payments may be subject to a service charge.
-
Returned check/ACH transactions may incur a fee.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments due to lack of access may also incur a fee.
6. Results & Limitations
While Vantage uses professional-grade equipment and products, results can vary based on:

Age and condition of carpet or flooring

Previous cleanings or chemical treatments
-
Permanent stains, wear, burns, or discoloration
-
Pre-existing odors or deep contamination
-
Accessibility of surfaces
Vantage does not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.
7. Liability & Safety

Vantage is fully insured and takes all reasonable precautions.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Loose tiles, flooring, trim, baseboards, grout crumbling, or improperly installed surfaces

Water intrusion caused by structural defects
-
Items left on floors, fragile items, or unprotected furniture
-

Client must secure or remove valuable or delicate items prior to service.
8. High Dusting & Elevated Work
-
Vantage performs high dusting using poles and vacuum systems; dust may fall to lower surfaces.
-
We recommend post-cleaning of lower surfaces if required.
-
Ceiling fixtures must be stable and safely accessible.
9. Flood & Water Extraction Services
-
Vantage mitigates damage but does not guarantee prevention of mold or long-term structural issues.
-
Follow-up drying and remediation may be required.
10. Power Washing Services
-
Vantage is not liable for damage to surfaces compromised by age, rot, oxidation, or improper installation.
-
Some staining (rust, oil, grease) may not fully remove.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. After that period, resolution may require additional charges.
12. Media & Photo Usage

Vantage may take before/after photos or videos for quality control, training, or marketing.

No identifying customer information will be used without permission.
-
Body cameras may be used for transparency and accountability during work.
13. Commercial Accounts
Businesses requesting recurring service may be subject to additional terms regarding:

Invoicing

Net payment schedules
-
Service frequency
-
Access agreements
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
15. Acceptance
By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or allowing work to begin, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
